Subscription and Billing

• 1GB storage limit
• 1 photo per day
• 5-minute audio recording limit

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are available through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Billing is handled entirely through Apple's payment system.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
• Price Changes: We will notify you of any subscription price changes in advance

User Content and Ownership

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create using our Service, including:

• Audio recordings
• Photos and videos
• Text entries
• Personal diary content

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI (such as transcribed and enhanced diary entries) is provided to you, and you have the right to use, modify, and delete this content.

License to Us: By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

Account Deletion by You

• Data Protection: During the 30-day grace period, your account becomes inaccessible but all data remains securely stored
• Recovery Option: You may contact customer support within 30 days to cancel the deletion request and restore access
• Permanent Deletion: After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted
• Subscription Management: Active subscriptions should be canceled separately through your Apple App Store account settings

What Gets Deleted

When permanent deletion occurs after the 30-day grace period, the following data is irreversibly removed:

• All voice recordings and audio content
• All photos, videos, and visual content
• All AI-generated diary entries and transcriptions
• Account information, preferences, and settings
• Backup data and device synchronization information

Account Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms. In such cases:

• We will provide reasonable notice except for serious violations requiring immediate action
• Terminated accounts follow the same 30-day grace period for data deletion
• You will be notified of termination reasons and your rights to data recovery
• You may appeal termination decisions through our customer support

Data Retention Policy

• Active Accounts: Data retained indefinitely while account remains active
• Deletion Requested: 30-day grace period before permanent deletion
